What You’ll Do:
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and interviewing candidates based on specific client requirements.
- Presenting top candidates to the internal sales team, highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
- Supporting the candidate onboarding process and maintaining accurate records.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition. You bring:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience or demonstrated aptitude and eagerness to grow in a recruiting role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technologies.
